FOOTBALL

 Registration for the 2024 football and cheerleading season will open June 3rd and run through June 28th. There will be no Saturday registration since we will be offering online registration as well as in person registration at City Hall.  Please note that registering online indicates acceptance of the complete parent agreement set out in our sports registration form. 

Your child must be at least 5 and no more than 12 years old on August 1st of this year.

Registration fee: $80.00.  If you pay by card the processing company will charge a $3.00 processing fee. 

You may pick up a registration form at City Hall, or print one here and bring to City Hall with your payment,  or you may register online below. Please note that registering online indicates acceptance of the full sports parent agreement set out on our registration form and on the online registration page. 

SUPPLIES YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE FOR YOUR CHILD:

Helmet – white

Shoulder pads

Practice jersey

Pants – most use black but you can wait until coach decides color

Cleats

Mouthpiece

Evaluations will be held on football field at Hemphill Park on Saturday July 13th, 2024. 

5-6 year olds - 8.30AM

7-8 year olds - 9:30AM

9-10 year olds - 10:30AM

11-12 year olds - 11:30AM

Your child MUST be present for evaluations!

You MUST bring a copy of your child's birth certificate to evaluations!

RCFL Officials will be at evaluations to check birth certificates.

EVEN IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SHOWN A BIRTH CERTIFICATE AT CITY HALL TO REGISTER FOR FLORENCE YOUTH SPORTS, YOU MUST SHOW A COPY OF YOUR CHILD'S BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO THE RCFL OFFICIALS AT EVALUATIONS!
